The Music Box – ‘A Christmas Extravaganza’ first began in 2009 at the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum and became a part of the Christmas tapestry for Northern Ireland.
For 10 years, The Music Box grew steadily since it began to have firmly established itself as part of the annual Christmas calendar in Belfast. Initially performed at the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum the show quickly outgrew the space there and later that of the Theatre At The Mill, Newtownabbey where it had it’s 2nd home. Finally ending up at the Belfast Waterfront, it’s home since 2013, The Music Box completed a 6 year run there.
Peter Corry Productions has always been proud to be a huge supporter of local talent, for which this show was a fantastic showcase. Celebrating performers of all ages, The Music Box brought together performers from all around the province.
Very much a Christmas variety show, Peter Corry presented the evening joined by special guests and a whole host of other performers including ballet dancers, boy trebles, guest choirs and a supporting ensemble company.
Twilight At The Trust was created out of the desire to work with the beautiful National Trust property of Mount Stewart. A premium ticket event, these were evenings which combined a champagne and canapé reception with a tour of the beautiful property.
Celtic Rhythms completed 2 successful tours of the Netherlands. Comprising of singers, musicians and dancers these productions provided audiences with Irish music and dance in both the traditional and modern formats.
The Mary Peters Trust approached Peter Corry Productions with the idea of putting together a show to celebrate Dame Mary & the Trust’s incredible achievements over the years since her Olympic gold medal win.
Bringing retailers windows to life throughout the festive season with song, dance, mime and storytelling! A response to lockdown but a great option for any high street or commercial centre wanting to animate and bring an area to life at any time of year.
Peter Corry Productions was approached by the International Dairy Federation to curate the entertainment for their World Dairy Summit which would be a 3 day event made up of global delegates from the dairy industry, held at the Belfast Waterfront.
Sponsored by the Belfast Telegraph, the ‘Making The Difference’ Awards ran for two years and were produced by Peter Corry Productions in association with J Comms.
