Passionate about providing pathways into the creative sector and encouraging young people to perform, Peter has been producing and creating projects for young people across Northern Ireland to get involved in Musical Theatre since 2002.

In 2016 Peter was appointed the Artistic Director of The Belfast School of Performing Arts (BSPA), Northern Ireland’s largest theatre school for young people, with over 800 pupils. With limited pathways for professional training in Northern Ireland, Peter has supported numerous young people in achieving their dream of performing professionally.

Peter’s TEDX talk came in the same year as his MBE announcement and celebration of 30 years in showbiz.
